App is useless

Tried and tried to complete checklist but get to last bit ‘Accept Contract’ wouldn’t let me do it. Rang Princess but didn’t get a very good response. Princess needs to get its act together and fix this.

Keeps logging me out

Downloaded the update that was required only to keep logging me out saying my time has expired This is frustrating to say the least and requires me to sign in each time doesn’t give you the option to save log in details .

Worst App and services ever

As a customer myself, the Princess Cruises is one of the worst Cruises in the world. We signed a contract, but they didn’t do what they said they were. We missed our plane, because of their stupid bus services which were 4 hours overdue and the Princess Cruises didn’t book us another plane as written in the contract.

Absolutely unreliable

A complete waste of time trying to get this app to work in the customers interest.

This app takes AGES to load. Very frustrating to use it.

Obnoxious

Difficult to use. I would never have booked a cruise how do I realised I would’ve had to spend a full day trying to navigate this awful app

Terrible and frustrating

This is a useless and hopeless app. It is the best app to waste your time. For the cruise business, it is best way to lose business. We decided never go on Princess cruise again. It is too painful to use the app to put in information.

Doom loop app

I have repeatedly tried to check in with the app but it doesn’t work when selecting various menus: just simply the endless waiting wheel of doom… Really? When Princess offers a great experience across the board this really lets them down. I think it works adequately ship board but for pre boarding it’s useless and a waste of time.

Terrible App

In the app, there is ads for the app. Asking you to download it. Its full of ads for princess plus etc, even after purchase. It even requests booking details again to book excursions.
