I have an iPhone, and I have attempted to complete the necessary pre-boarding via the medallion class app, so many times. It either crashes midway through the process, or keep advising the checklist etc is loading. So far I have only managed to completed 1/2 the pre-boarding info, for myself. Then I need to complete for my 82 year old mother also. It’s frustrating, and the creators of this app should be fired.
App crashes regularly on board ship or freezes.. between cruises the app ‘forgets’ any data
