Every single time I try to sign in to the app there is basically a 50/50 chance it will let me. “Oops other error returned from server” pops up ALL OF THE TIME. The deals are good but the app is garbage.

I have the same problem as HCMarks with the ‘oops’ message! It was better for a while, but it’s been awful again for the last few weeks. It’s so frustrating!!!! I know I have rewards, but I can’t see what they are!! Would also love to see two other improvements to the app: - allow storage/reload/payment with gift cards in the app - allow the customer to choose whether they want to redeem a reward at time of purchase; don’t automatically apply it (or at least let us choose if we want to save it for another time!)

Being able to order online at night would open the market for younger generations, impatient people, night-shift workers and college students who study at night. I don’t see the reason for not updating it. Bothersome

App doesn’t even open, crashes immediately on startup

Every other day I get an error message saying “Oops. Server error” and I can’t use the app. It’s infuriating.

I go to order some breakfast through the app and everybody in the store has no idea about any order placed through the app. It’s a complete waste of time ordering through the app, you’ll just have to order again in the store and waste more time

The point system doesn’t seem to work at all and it’s been like this for years

While I don’t think the app is half as bad as some have rated (content issues like store hours and phone numbers exist on the web site not just in the app) it really needs to add Wallet support so you could add your rewards number and pull it up far faster like you can in other retail apps.

Can’t log into the app, can’t start new account, the app opens and shuts off by itself. So what’s the use of having an app if it doesn’t work at all. Useless garbage.

They finally updated it. And it was working fine. But now I’m back to not being able to log in. Can’t continue as a guest as it makes me sign in anyway. Most recently, I cannot use this app anymore. I cannot log in without receiving an “oops other error received from server” message. Even if I continue as guest, I cannot order without logging in. So it’s basically a useless app. Before this issue, my gripe with the app is that not all food/drink items are on the app. For example. Can’t order a grilled cheese in advance, only in store, which is a major inconvenience for people who want to pick items up due to limited time.
