RADICAL - LUGGAGE STORAGE

I’ve spent the last 2 weeks traveling around Ireland. We scheduled a short side trip to the UK but didn’t want to take all of the luggage with us. Found the app and it saved us! We were able to drop 5 large suitcases, felt comfortable leaving our belongings and were able to grab them when we returned. This is one of the greatest travel finds. There are lots of places to drop and the price is great. Highly suggest!!!

Booked and prepaid a location in Braga, Portugal. with reviews - and took an Uber there with our very heavy suitcases to explore for the day. The location doesn’t exist! Attempting to contact the person in the app - fails. Communications with support - non-existent. But was I immediately charged for My bags AND for the insurance and fees? Absolutely!!!!

Don’t use this service in Mexico otherwise you will get scammed. I rarely write a review but this business will put you in trouble if you use it in Mexico. Apparently they randomly select hotels and hostels and don’t do a background check. First when you use the app, they don’t show the name of the hostel in purpose, after you pay, the name appears then you have no choice. I used this app to store my package while I was traveling in Mexico and it turned out that the hostel was some sort of mafia. I came the other day to pick up my luggage and the hostel refused to give it to me unless I pay extra money. I have footage of that sketchy hostel asking for extra money and sent it to Radical storage and they completely ignored my email. They put me in a dangerous situation and took my money. What’s worse than this? Business like Radical Storage shouldn’t exist.

I put my luggage for one day. It was so easy and cheaper.

This worked for us. We we’re taking a late train to Paris from London and used one of the three locations across the street from the train station. My family did question my decision, but all went well. I did take a photo before we left the store and we did not leave any valuable’s just in case. When we returned, we picked up and we’re happily on our way. Wife was grateful.

This is absolutely THE BEST by far. Everyone traveling adults, kids, and everyone in between had this. I’m going on 31/2 years and is PERFECT 👍. Buy this!!!!

This app had improved a ton over the past few years. It’s a great resource if you need to store your bags for a few hours before your checkin or after your AIRBNB check out. Would recommend it to others to check out!

Our bags were held by some nice and helpful folks. The facility is a tad tired in appearance but we weren’t there for ambiance, our bags were safe and sound. The website was way more luxurious than the locale… I will store my bags here again if I return to Aberdeen.

The app directed me to a random apartment building. Nobody there had ever heard of the storage facility. Awesome to spend the day with my 50 lb travel pack instead of exploring the city.

This app gave me a location to go to. The locker had no way to open it, no code or qr reader. I know it was the place because of the logo. I asked for a refund at which point customer service said it would take FIVE DAYS to process the refund. Horrid service and I intend to never use it again. I would rather carry my stuff than even attempt this again.
