They say are not responsable for your bag
I had a very bad experience with bagbnb. I left my bag at a hotel in Genova and when I was there to get my bag seemed like there was no one in the place (I was there 20 minutes before the time I booked and ringed the bell 5 times). I talked to the bagbnb support and left the place. The support asked me to get my bag in the next day and I went there, but they charged me one extra day of service. The owner of the hotel was REALLY rude and said I wouldn't have my bag if I was not paying for the extra day, he almost made me lost my train. The bagbnb said in the next day that there were not going to do anything about it and that they were not responsible for my luggage. So, the support tell me opposite things, take my money, say that they are not responsible and make me deal with rude people.
