Randomly needed to store our luggage in Italy for a day, and came across this app. Was able to locate a spot right near the train. Easy to book, fair price, no hassle! Would definitely use again.

Great idea
This service is so needed if you are travelling and need a place to store your belongings this app is what you need.
Best idea
I struggled many times in the past by carrying my luggage around Montreal. It's a city where you can go visit, lived there or travel from here. And it's not very easy carrying heavy bags as Montreal is a city where you walk a lot, and also better to live the best city experiences. I could not believe this idea existed and I love it! Definitely will keep using it in the future. No more carrying things! Thanks a lot 😭💕
Used for luggage storage in Japan. Went without a hitch.
The storage location ended up being a small hotel that worked with Radical Storage. Made no difference to me though, even though I didn’t even speak Japanese. They scan a QR code given to you on the app. Also the address is only given after you pay which I feel is an unnecessary barrier. Otherwise the storage service was great. Smooth transaction as well.

No refunds
Couldn’t go to Italy for my vacation, due to covid 19 and no flight going there and the situation being declared a world pandemic, bagbnb would not offer me a refund or even a credit
