Easy to use, convenient, safe. At first sight it didn’t look the best but I would use it again if in Rome.

I’ve used the service on recent trips to Cambridge and London. Not having to haul a bag around town for a day is liberating.

Found the app very easy to use, and we found plenty of places to choose from near where we were staying. The built-in user reviews made it seem like they were all good, but the place we ended up going wasn’t great. A bit more quality control on the places they list would make the app much more trustworthy.

The app is easy to navigate, once you select your area it sends you to the nearest/highest rated location to store your bags. €5 per bag regardless of size of the bag. Great service would definitely recommend. Once you confirm your booking it will send you a google maps address to store your bag.

Showed up to Kiosk as recommended and staff had no clue about the service. Had to wait around for 30 mins until they rang someone and took the bags into a room upstairs, didn’t give us anything to sign and took pictures of us

This service is perfect for you if you want to spend a few hours in the city without worrying about the luggage. It’s quick, simple and satisfactory !

I’ve spent the last 2 weeks traveling around Ireland. We scheduled a short side trip to the UK but didn’t want to take all of the luggage with us. Found the app and it saved us! We were able to drop 5 large suitcases, felt comfortable leaving our belongings and were able to grab them when we returned. This is one of the greatest travel finds. There are lots of places to drop and the price is great. Highly suggest!!!

Booked and prepaid a location in Braga, Portugal. with reviews - and took an Uber there with our very heavy suitcases to explore for the day. The location doesn’t exist! Attempting to contact the person in the app - fails. Communications with support - non-existent. But was I immediately charged for My bags AND for the insurance and fees? Absolutely!!!!

Don’t use this service in Mexico otherwise you will get scammed. I rarely write a review but this business will put you in trouble if you use it in Mexico. Apparently they randomly select hotels and hostels and don’t do a background check. First when you use the app, they don’t show the name of the hostel in purpose, after you pay, the name appears then you have no choice. I used this app to store my package while I was traveling in Mexico and it turned out that the hostel was some sort of mafia. I came the other day to pick up my luggage and the hostel refused to give it to me unless I pay extra money. I have footage of that sketchy hostel asking for extra money and sent it to Radical storage and they completely ignored my email. They put me in a dangerous situation and took my money. What’s worse than this? Business like Radical Storage shouldn’t exist.
