We went to the store at the appointed time, but the store was closed. We waited for 30 minutes, but no one came. The store's contact information was not provided. Therefore, we could not use the Luggage Storage provided by you. Because of this, we had to find another provider and pay again. I tryed to contact with the Radical Storage but they use dumm chatbots, so I didn't get any usable answer. So they simply stole 21 euros from me. I strongly do not recommend using this provider.

We booked storage in London for our luggage but when we got there the store owner informed us that they were already closing. So we had no storage and did not get a refund. We just payed full price for nothing, because this app lets you book storage locations that are actually not available…

Wenn man nicht, ist es bis zum Abschluss der Buchung eine Überraschung innerhalb eines Kilometers, would das Gepäck dann untergebracht werden kann. Dann steht das Gepäck gleich beim Eingan des ( meist heruntergekommenen Hotels-sonst hätten sie es nicht nötig!!) für jedermann griffbereit.

I’ve spent the last 2 weeks traveling around Ireland. We scheduled a short side trip to the UK but didn’t want to take all of the luggage with us. Found the app and it saved us! We were able to drop 5 large suitcases, felt comfortable leaving our belongings and were able to grab them when we returned. This is one of the greatest travel finds. There are lots of places to drop and the price is great. Highly suggest!!!

Booked and prepaid a location in Braga, Portugal. with reviews - and took an Uber there with our very heavy suitcases to explore for the day. The location doesn’t exist! Attempting to contact the person in the app - fails. Communications with support - non-existent. But was I immediately charged for My bags AND for the insurance and fees? Absolutely!!!!

Don’t use this service in Mexico otherwise you will get scammed. I rarely write a review but this business will put you in trouble if you use it in Mexico. Apparently they randomly select hotels and hostels and don’t do a background check. First when you use the app, they don’t show the name of the hostel in purpose, after you pay, the name appears then you have no choice. I used this app to store my package while I was traveling in Mexico and it turned out that the hostel was some sort of mafia. I came the other day to pick up my luggage and the hostel refused to give it to me unless I pay extra money. I have footage of that sketchy hostel asking for extra money and sent it to Radical storage and they completely ignored my email. They put me in a dangerous situation and took my money. What’s worse than this? Business like Radical Storage shouldn’t exist.

I put my luggage for one day. It was so easy and cheaper.

This worked for us. We we’re taking a late train to Paris from London and used one of the three locations across the street from the train station. My family did question my decision, but all went well. I did take a photo before we left the store and we did not leave any valuable’s just in case. When we returned, we picked up and we’re happily on our way. Wife was grateful.
