Personal profile - postal code causing issues
With my upgrade from club to premium membership, I started updating my preferences although when doing SAVE a general error popped up indicating ‘invalid postal code’ although I hadn’t changed it, nor visible on the screen where saving. Seems that (one of) the latest app update is more tricky and although the postal code with prefix B referring to Belgium was valid in the past, it isn’t anymore. I propose and app/db update

I’m staying in a Raddison hotel now In Istanbul Staff are friendly hotels is clean and food is nice A comfortable bed and a good Breakfast
App not working
The app was working but since the update I have been logged out of my account and cannot login or reset my password, I just get error messages. No way to communicate with the company at all to discuss so booked with a competitor instead. Clearly the app has not been tested properly. Billion dollar company but budget IT support which is crazy given that the website and app is the main way to book a room
