Great for advertisements, little else

Lots of ads, impossible to get invoices or contacting a human.

I can’t change the filter settings. I can’t find any hotels in my area because of the distance filter.

Iceland??

This app is awful. Shows nothing but Iceland.

Does Not Work

Wherever I search, it keeps showing me hotels in Iceland. I live near Boston and have plans to go to Iceland.

Easy to book on my iPhone

Looking forward to the trip. The app was easy to use and worked well on my iPhone. Booked 3 night within a few minutes.

A little challenging

I had a little difficulty, but eventually the booking went through.

Big problems

App is terrible and the rewards program might be as well. Seems to be organized to make using your points impossible. It doesn’t let you search for hotels by points and then book like virtually every other hotel app/rewards system. This is a tremendous shortcoming. It very rarely has a working rate calendar for the hotels to book with points. The app and rewards system are way below industry standard. Better to not have a rewards offering than disappoint customers.

Iceland?

Searching for a room in or near Minneapolis, MN. It says there are no hotels in the area, but I might be interested in some nearby rooms - in Iceland. Not a big help.
