Error when Reedem Points
Tried so many times to reedem my points for my next stay. But it keeps saying “Error Processing Payment, we could not process your iPage request at this time….. bla bla bla”. I did uninstall and install again the app, but didn’t work. Also I kept force to signout everytime I tried. Sigh,, tiring
Very poor experience so far
Have recently moved over to Radisson after a hotel I’ve used regularly for years rebranded to them after being a Marriott. So far, it’s been a very poor experience. This app and the customer service behind it isn’t a patch on the Marriott. I am having to chase missing points after almost every stay
Easy to Use
Simple efficient website which straight forward and easy to use.
Top notch
Twice we have accompanied my daughter and son in law to see them fly off home to the south of France and have stayed over at the RB airport hotel and on each occasion we have been treated like family by the staff. We normally fly from Leeds Bradford but we have now changed our holiday plans to fly from Manchester and make staying at the Radisson airport hotel a part of our holiday experience. I can’t give it a better compliment then that and we are so looking forward to it.👏👏
Carrot and stick
Always the cheapest rooms, app fails booking at confirmation stage every time. Have deleted and re-downloaded multiple times. Then always have to call to ask to match their own rate. Sometimes they will, sometimes they won’t, depends on the call centre you get. The app either needs to work properly or just offer the same rate on the website, which the app should just be an extension of anyway. I’m a premium member and don’t feel like it with this app. Been doing this dance for a year now.
Wish I could give zero stars
The app is absolute rubbish. Can’t get basic information, links don’t work, etc. I’ll just use a different hotel.
