Så måtte bruge 15 minutter på en manuel reservation der burde tage 2 minutter i appen. Farvel Radisson. Det var nogle gode år, men ingen seriøs hotelgæst skal trækkes med så elendig app og spildtid. Troede I ønskede forretningskunder.
While adding Guest details the save button doesn’t work at all. No errors are reports, no actions are taken. Basic exception handling is missing in the application. I couldn’t book at Radisson due to this issue. My wife is a premium member and I tried installing the iOS app and do some reservations today using the same. I could not use it all all ☹️
Kan I ikke snart få styr på at man kan garantere værelse med kreditkortet. 19 ud af 20 gange fejler det og man bliver simpelthen så træt af at bruge timer på at bestille et hotelværelse…
Opdagede denne app ved en tilfældighed super nem at bruge. Sparede også en del på min bookning.
Har netop downloaded den nye app. Tror det er første gang at en booking gik fuldstændig perfekt uden problemer.
Yup, also full of bugs for me. Had to call some hotels twice for them to manually enter the info that I stayed there, before finally the nights appeared in the app. One night is still not accounted for. Who has time for that??
It’s a horrible app. Half the time it gives errors or just doesn’t open. It hasn’t registered my points (yes, I have logged in correctly). Making reservations on iPad or iPhone is virtually impossible. Try again. (We are loving it here in Mogan and would like to make new reservations, but just can’t on an iPad).
Absolutely unusable app
When trying to login, it just says “ your connection is not stable “ Even on a very fast connection
An app full of bugs. Trouble with sign-in, no bookings visible, member campaigns hidden away, so you won’t get the best price whatsoever. Once you import a booking it disappears again the next time the app is opened. What are you developing, developers, seriously?
