I used this for the first time yesterday, unfortunately I paid and my order wasn’t delivered and I couldn’t get in contact with driver

There are payment issues with most international cards and the people who do support do not know how to fix the issue and then close the chat if you ask them anything other than a generic question

I’ve had issues using my bank card over and over again with help to no prevail. They keep telling me it’s my bank however my card works on every other platform… It’s almost impossible to get support as you get sent to a virtual assistant constantly which gives you options unrelated to your ongoing order. It glitches and doesn’t let you respond to the restaurant. Honestly I want to throw my phone at the wall every time I attempt to use Rappi. Rather use Uber Eats or DiDi

Contactar al soporte es lo peor que existe, los Domiciliarios dejan los pedidos tirados en la portería ¿qué sentido tiene pagar prime y pedir comida a un rest si igual te toca incomodarte y salir? Jajajaj pues! Mejor voy a seguir pidiendo todo directo al restaurante que además de todo sale más barato y me lo entregan en la puerta! Está app está en decadencia definitivamente

This app is a scam and takes your money for its own mistakes and will give you no one to contact if things go wrong but you will always be charged for it and receive nothing. If you like giving away money this is the app for you.

The service in Colombia is very slow. Their support when you have issues with orders dont solve the issues and they dont have a proper help center that is not a bot. Got an incomplete order and they didnt help me with it. Lost money on that one. Also, i subscribed for Rappi Pro, then went to Mexico and my subscription didnt work there. And trying to cancel it (my Colombian Rappi Pro) from abroad wasnt as straightforward or easy as I would have liked.

I’ve been using Rappi most days for more than 4 years in multiple countries. You’ve really got to watch them, they’re deceptive and use scammy tactics. They’re not even half of what UberEats was. Problems with Rappi: First, they will over promise and under deliver. They will charge extra for a turbo 10 minute order. But its unlikely that you’ll get the order in under 30 minutes. Second, your order will frequently turn up cold, missing items or completely destroyed. And Rappi will do nothing. But there is a solution: don’t rate the delivery on Rappi, rate the restaurant directly on Google maps - because Rappi can’t remove that rating on Google maps! Third, when ordering from a supermarket and it makes you choose between a different item or refund if your item is out of stock, choose refund. You’ll find they always have it if its a choice between issuing a refund or selling the item you actually ordered. Fourth, the automated tip is both deceptive and uncalled for. It’s Rappi’s job to pay its couriers. And you wouldn’t pay a courier who turns up late with a destroyed order, 10% or more. But Rappi will try to charge you 10% or more as a tip on every order and won’t refund the tip component if an order turns up incomplete, cold or destroyed. So, zero out the tip. Only tip after the order arrives! Fifth, if you change countries, cancel the card Eappi had before you move countries. Because they will try to charge you for membership services you never had and didn’t use. So give them a digital debit card and cancel it before moving countries. That way, when they try to ad fictitious charges for ‘membership’ (in particular Colombia), they won’t get anything at all. Basically, Rappi WOULD be good, if it wasn’t so damn scammy.

Si estás fuera del país y eres la única mano que puede ayudar a tu familia desde el exterior olvida que puedes pagar ellos te van a bloquear e impedir que compres como si tu dinero no valiera nada y para colmo nadie ayuda a resolver ningún problema como este.
