Delayed delivery and no chat support
After placing your order and paying for the fast delivery they constantly change the delivery time to a later time. So it doesn’t matter if it was 30-40 minutes for delivery, they will change it to whatever they want and it takes an hour to be delivered. On top of that you cannot talk to anyone about this as it’s an automated chat that doesn’t do anything.
Bad support
The support is shocking, I don’t have a pro account and they have been charging me for Rappi pro for 4 months with no way to cancel. When I contact support they give a generalized response and then instantly close the conversation. Rappi support is terrible and don’t help me
Cheio de bugs - horrível
O aplicativo fica pedindo para conectar minha conta Rappi com a da loja, mas como não tenho conta da loja, ele falha, volta para lojas e não consigo concluir o pedido pela loja, somente se procurar via produtos (onde tem vários produtos de todas as lojas do Rappi). Bug horrível que me fez desistir de adicionar coisas a minha compra, pessima experiência para o cliente com impacto direto na receita do Rappi e das lojas.
Not a good service
Don’t use this app they charge incorrectly for items then refuse to refund. Customer service is awful. Making it impossible to resolve any issues. Refunds don’t appear back in your account when items are not available. All and all the worst delivery app I’ve ever used. They’ve stole so much money from me.
No way to contact anyone
Terrible app. Can’t contact anyone about your order. Took my money and didn’t deliver. 0 stars if I could!

Ningún aplicativo de delivery me ha fallado tanto como este, un desastre. Los tiempos de delivery que se indican nunca son reales. Me prometen que van entregar mi comida, y me cancelan sin ningún tipo de aviso más de una hora después de estar esperando un pedido que nunca llegó. Es un gasto de tiempo hacer pedidos por esta aplicación, les recomiendo nunca hacerlo.
