Canceled orders. Bad costumer support and overall frustration.
Admin Manager
I like the service, I just consider that is necessary to give training to the shoppers. Sometimes they don’t know how to add, change or cancel products. Also need a faster response from help center.
Worst user experience
Rapi didn’t accept my card and then for some reason made the order with cash. When the guy arrive I tried to use the integrated chat but it didn’t work, and same for the support chat. It was impossible to write
