Terrible service from the Rappi team. They deal with issues very poorly. Several times my order wasn’t delivered and I had to pay the entire bill. Not recommended.

Terrible
Ordered food, 1st restaurant doesn’t work, 2nd restaurant doesn’t work. 3 hours later I still have no food and have to go out to get some, meanwhile very hungry

They won’t generate you a refund even if you are well within your policy rights to receive one and will go so far as to lie to you about it as well.
Bad when issues with order
The app is fine when the deliveries are on time / without issues but as soon as something goes wrong (meals cold, food missing, drinks split) then Rappi don’t have a real method for refunding you the services fees and so on, which means you could easily be paying for a delivery that doesn’t arrive or is completely ruined. I would strongly think about using other delivery services instead who really care about their customers

Only works at random. International cards not accepted. Infuriating AI support.
