Cancele una orden en menos de 2 minutos y me cobraron el 100% del pedido cuando llame a pedir la devolución del dinero me dijeron que no era posible, entonces pedí que me enviaran la orden que había cancelado y tampoco lo hicieron. Unas hp ratas. Jamás en la vida uso esta aplicación de nuevo.

If you like your food delivered 30 minutes later than the the time advertised with zero customer support offered then this is the app for you. I generally don’t like just guessing when my food will arrive and then inevitably having to reheat my food once it does my Rappi has this inconsistency down to a science. If it’s the only delivery service available to you then do what you have to do but don’t expect anything. The only reason I’m leaving two stars instead of one is because the food did eventually get delivered
I usually only write a review to say something positive, but I am really upset and disappointed at Rappi. I made an order that was pricey… it arrived broken, but instead of asking more questions for my refund, they said they were not going to be able to and closed the case without leaving me a contact information to be able to escalate the case. I’ve used them for years, but customer service is the worst. Closing it now and not using it again. Telling my friends and colleagues so they also stop using it. What type of service closes the doors to customers?

Caro, tardado y fraude horrible app
Easy and reliable.
The app freezes, it will not allow me to do anything unless I uninstall and reinstall. The customer service, it takes 5 days to resolve an issue when the shopper give you expired food or old fruits and vegetables. The stores accuracy on items is far off. The prices increase from the store to the app. Nonresponsive shoppers who do not even look at your substitutions or when they cancel an item they magically find it only after you complain. They shop for other food which is fine but my food defrosts and melts while they shop. They don’t shop at the same time, they shop one after the other. This apps interface e needs work. It crashes way too much. Uber is better and I know it’s not available everywhere but it works when is. And I don’t even like Uber but I have to use it because Rappi is so bad.
