Si estás fuera del país y eres la única mano que puede ayudar a tu familia desde el exterior olvida que puedes pagar ellos te van a bloquear e impedir que compres como si tu dinero no valiera nada y para colmo nadie ayuda a resolver ningún problema como este.

Just don’t use these guys, they over charge, deliver to the wrong address often, cancel orders and don’t tell you, then make you spend hours talking to their hopefulness customer service team trying to get refunds. Then if you upgrade to prime, they will continue to charge your card even when you’ve cancelled it, then refuse to refund you. Spent hours today trying to get a $7 refund for a prime subscription and they can’t find the transaction, BUT SENT ME AN INVOICE FOR IT!!!!!!!

Soy un usuario regular de la app, usualmente pido comida y tecnología. El día de hoy pedí medicina, a pesar de estar en casa, el domiciliario nunca tocó la puerta, sólo envío la foto de la puerta de mi casa (sin el paquete a la vista) y se fue. La medicina no fue entregada, el servicio al cliente no me ofrece soluciones y el dinero se perdió. Gracias Rappi
