The guy that’s supposed to deliver my package, picked it up just disappeared. Don’t trust this app
Scammers!! Avoid
They keep charging me for their Prime, and I cancelled it several months ago, I try to cancel it again but it says is not active, I contact support and their bot doesn't let me talk with an agent. NEVER AGAIN using this, from now on Uber Eats or PedidosYa. Disgusting practices! Scammers!

PESIMO SERVICIO DE AYUDA
No entendía porque decian que rappi era el peor, si he estado usando otras apps pero hace una semana entré de nuevo a rappi para ver que promos habian, el tema es que con dos pedidos, los dos mal, uno reembolsaron una minima parte y el segundo pedido dijeron que no, nada. Simplemente me mandaron todo mal y ellos no se responsabilizaron. Ya pedí que eliminen todo rastro mio de la app porque no la quiero volver a usar, pero si quise dejar l reseña.
La peor aplicación de pedidos
Son unos rateros, cancelan pedidos y NUNCA DEVUELVEN EL DINERO. NO LA RECOMIENDO!
Mejor busquen otra aplicación
Pésimo servicio de entregas por parte de la plataforma, mal sistema de soporte, no la recomiendo para nada y eso que pagaba el Rappi pro, mejor no gasten su dinero aquí
