Description

RealVNC® Viewer from RealVNC® gives you instant remote access to your Mac, Windows and Linux computers from anywhere in the world. You can view your computer's desktop, and control its mouse and keyboard as though you were sitting down in front of it.
Download RealVNC Connect to each computer you want to control. Then sign in to RealVNC Viewer on your device using your RealVNC account credentials. You'll see your computers automatically appear; simply tap to connect.
RealVNC Connect password-protects each computer out-of-the-box. You may need to enter the same user name and password you use to log in to your computer. All sessions are then encrypted end-to-end.
During a session, your device's touch screen serves as a trackpad to give you precise control. Drag your finger to move the remote mouse cursor and tap anywhere to left-click (other gestures such as right-click and scroll are explained in-app).
As the original inventors of VNC remote access technology, we're confident you'll love what RealVNC Viewer has to offer. If you're still not convinced, check out our reviews!

It says free in AppStore - but you can’t use the app without an account online 🤬 Please write that out so costumers don’t download with false expectations…

Spionerar på dig

Spionerar. Lite otäckt. Men appen fungerade bra innan, nu kan man inte ange användarnamn till värddatorn (bara lösenord) så jag har inte nytta av den längre.

iOS App Has Bugs with 'Command' Key on iPad Pro

Ecletic Be Thy Name on

Sweden

I think VNC Viewer and RealVNC are good products, generally speaking - I do, however, have to take issue with iOS's app not being 100% effektive. The issue is this: I use my iPad to remote to my Mac Mini. I have Apple's own Smart Keyboard. When connected, I cannot use special keys on my remote, as though they would be as if I was working om my Mac Mini; in particular the 'command' button. Cmd + Tab does not toggle through open apps on my remote, rather it toggles through open apps on my iPad. Cmd + c does not copy on my remote, rather it appears to be trying to copy something on my iPad. This also results in a weird message on my i Pad, "Pasting from Mac Mini", though I wasn't even trying to paste anything, but copy on my remote. the Viewer the begins to lag significantly. To add further insult to injury, sometimes the copy and paste commands do work on the remote with lesser lag, but still not ideal speed. On the MacOS app, VNC Viewer has a setting something like: "send special keys directly to remote"- or something. This, I presume is for keys such as the 'command' key. The MacOS VNC Viewer does work flawlessly, and the 'command' key only affects the remote. On the iOS app, there is no setting to 'send special keys directly to the remote', and that's a bummer

Buggish ?

A bit buggy, sometimes when i connect to ultravnc the mouse command or touch wont answear. I then need to move the cursor at the server for the input to work again. Reconnecting wont help!!

Några små missar i gränssnittet. Men på det stora hela riktigt bra.
