App NOT working properly. Can’t upload claim documents successfully. Documents submitted through email but still app shows it pending. Useless app. Company should mentioned on first loading, how many rupees they paid & to whom for such “kachra” app. Or company intentionally make app works like this??? In India, because of ineffective Consumer protection, every corporate institutions works without any fear of penalty.

Very bad experience from reliance motor insurance, i will never buy again

It’s a totally scam even after renewal of bike insurance policy it’s not listed in RTO insured list.its been repeating even after being to notice the company did not response. I would suggest others to not have a policy with reliance

Had purchased travel insurance policy where despite filling in insured name as per passport the portal took the registered name when policy doc was generated. Had to go through several loops and delays before policy doc was generated. Then after a lot of attempts got somebody from support attending my call, her advice was to cancel and buy a new policy. with the support person on call, the quote and policy generation again took a long time due to ‘connection issues’ according to the support person. The second time around too the name of insured was not per passport. Finally I purchased my insurance elsewhere and have been trying to get the 2 policies I took cancelled, neither emails or calls have been helping and their portal is full of bugs and incomplete functionalities for raising service requests and the app is useless when needed Stay away from Reliance General Insurance if you can

Reliance general insurance not helpful very very bad experience and in this insurance not helpfull in help claim process and RGI give large time and and close claim and don,t give claim amount OF RGI my claim so many time closed and no any amount credit in my account and

Every time I launch the app on my iPhone 13 Pro Max it says update required and directs to App Store but there is no update available.
