Unintuitive & unfriendly UX
Buggy & useless too! Bluetooth connection is atrocious. Totally disappointed with the device & the App. Learn from Nuheara App how an App & devices ought to work. (Even if it is not a dedicated hearing Aid) Instead of ease of use, does Signia think it is doing its users a favour?
No functions and missing features
I see no directional feature in the application and moreover Functions such as noisy environment, music etc are removed in this new version. Now it looks like a bare application to reduce or increase volume only, which is necessary as no buttons are there in the device, so they have to give these bare minimum facilities especially. So please buy from some other manufacturer as a lot of companies existing in this hearing aid business, otherwise they will not improve the application.

Worst design app and connectivity issue asking several time repair

Hearing aid and aap both of sivantos not recommended after 5 months and upgrading the 3 rd hearing aid its not worth
