This app is exactly how an IF app should be and I'm glad there's an app like this to counter the flood is low quality apps that come up at the top of search. No ads, no in app purchases, no bloated app size, no unnecessary mis-features. Just a complete, perfect app.

Thanks for creating a simple way of keeping track of my progress without fees and other hassles.

It would be good if I could set the date and time I started the fast even if it was hours ago.

I found this app and added it about 3 hours after my last meal. However, there is no way to adjust the clock to set the to match the time one last ate. So the first day in my example will show I didn’t fast for 3 hours which should count towards my first fasting day.

If you don’t want to get complicated and just have something simple to try your fasting times, this is it.

Plan, simple, and to the point. App does exactly what you need and nothing beyond. Appreciate creators of the app making it so simple!

Just started using, but the simplicity is extremely appreciated. Although other features can be great when starting a health journey, they can also be overwhelming. We all know changes can be hard and having a simple tool to encourage and quickly see compliance is very helpful.
