Set up and save your daily fasting goal, when you are ready to get started just initiate with one click. Through the day check your progress and over several days you can see a rhythm starting. You can get notified when you've completed your fast by enabling the feature in the apps settings.

Fantastic free and simple app! An added recommendation would be to add an alert when fasting should begin (that also means defining an eating window in hours). But the app is great as it is ❤️
