Set up and save your daily fasting goal, when you are ready to get started just initiate with one click. Through the day check your progress and over several days you can see a rhythm starting. You can get notified when you've completed your fast by enabling the feature in the apps settings.

But can you please add the option to edit the logs? Example, I started fasting a day before but forgot to input it. By far, this is the best fasting tracker app. Just needed the option to edit the starting time and ending time.
