Rhythm is a daily fasting tracker that is focused on helping you maintain a daily routine for intermittent fasting. Beginners can take the guess work out of getting started and experienced users can benefit from weekly tracking of their efforts.

Set up and save your daily fasting goal, when you are ready to get started just initiate with one click. Through the day check your progress and over several days you can see a rhythm starting. You can get notified when you've completed your fast by enabling the feature in the apps settings.

Einfach und gut
Die App hat keine überragend besonderen Funktionen. Man muss die Fastenzeit manuell starten. Das ist für mich aber optimal, da mein Essensintervall nicht immer die gleiche Stundenanzahl ist. Daher ist ein starrer Zeitplan für mich nicht optimal. Hier kann ich die Fastenzeit starten wann immer ich möchte. Perfekt.

Just perfect. No clutter. No BS. Can't wait to use it. I was like, let's check the in app purchases. And there were none. Someone just wanted to create a great app. You deserve a medal.

That is exact what i expect of a fasting app. Tried many others but i don’t want all the extra functions. Just a simple timer with a reminder and minimalistic look. Nice ans well done thank you! :)
Just one little wish: a widget would be nice and maybe a way to change the colour but as it is right now, it is my absolut favourite :)
Great function but small error
This app is great, although the days of the week are mixed up, it doesn't make sense. In my progress sheet it reads " S M T T W W T", which is neither correct in english nor my mother tongue?

Great, straightforward and free
5 stars for the fact that the developer is not asking for a ridiculously priced monthly subscription. As basic fasting timer it’s great.
Would pay a once-off fee to unlock some more features such as:
1. Information about the different fasting stages as they are entered (helps with motivation)
2. Gliding timer, meaning the counter doesn’t stop at the set time, but only reminds you that you have reached your goal (oftentimes I don’t immediately eat at my set time, because I’m out and about or still need to prepare the food).
3. Export function to CSV
Easy - Helpful - Small - Positive
Very helpful and easy to use app. In addition to last week’s progress, a complete history of your fasts would be really helpful. Also, the current “number of fasts in a row” could encourage you to stay on track extending your series.
