Please yourself time and go for the competitors.
Please be careful, the app sometimes misses the GPS LOCATION and it changes you €10 even if you park in the correct location. Additionally, when you try to contact the customer service you need to wait a long time. I thought I saved a penny but not going with the other more expensive companies but turns out I was wrong. Apart from that the vehicles are fine and I like the fact that you can charge your phone on the scooter.
Not working with Austrian phone numbers
App does not recognize a standard Austrian phone number - it thinks it’s wrong, but it’s a normal number.
greedy. business model built on you forgetting something.
bulky app. bad UX, bad Customer Service. there are better alternatives

Ok but buggy sometimes. For example if you are using the internet of a shared hotspot with riding, the electric assistance stops 😄

403 forbidden
Only displays bike positions occasionally. I’ve sent screenshots and detailed explanations to their email support, but a month later the same annoying error still exists. It still works to rent a bike, if you see one standing around though. Prices are quite expensive, even when buying discount packs.
