Nun, die Bikes haben wunderbar funktioniert. Das war auch das einzige. Wenn man eine zu lange Pause mit dem Fahrrad macht, gibt es ein Penalty. Wenn die Batterie plötzlich unten ist und das Fahrrad stehen bleibt und man nicht in einem Parkfeld steht, gibt es einen Penalty, fährt man zufälligerweise außerhalb vom Stadtgebiet, gibt es einen Penalty… ein Taxi den ganzen Tag wäre wohl günstiger gewesen.
Yesterday I used the e-bikes for the first time in Stockholm. After 10-15 minutes the pedal on my bike fell off, and the battery was already low. I struggled to try to screw the pedal back on the bike with no tools and only using my hands. The entire rest of my hour + that I had renting the bike consisted of riding 3 steps, the pedal falling off, swearing at the bike, putting the pedal back on and repeating the procedure 10-15 times until the battery was fully empty and I was forced to push the bike back to the Vasa Museum where I originally rented it. Upon returning the e-bikes, I reported the damages and deficiencies on the bike and was required to pay for over an hour rental. The Sightseeing-Tour that I had planned with my wife was ruined due to the company’s lack of properly maintaining their e-bikes. I would like to request a refund for my trip yesterday in the very least as compensation for my time & troubles. Although I am grateful to have the possibility to rent an e-bike in the city to get around conveniently, I definitely cannot recommend the use of your service until there are some improvements in the servicing of your e-bikes. Hope that you can improve your service.
Gekaufte Sonderangebote werden automatisch verlängert, obwohl man sie nur für einen bestimmten Zeitraum kauft. Man kann es an einem unauffälligen Ort abschalten. Absolute Frechheit!!

I just wanted to ride 1 day in Milan. But somehow they gave me a subscription I didnt want and they keep charging me now month after month. Since I don’t have the phone number I had in Milan any more, I cant log in. The company does not reply to emails and has apparently no phone number. But they keep charging….
To expansive for just 1 km 5 euro is cheaper the taxi and lives you at home and I don’t have to walk because in the area we’re I live is no parking for this bicycle. Really disappointed I wish I never created an account and that’s also coming with a cost just to create an account you have to pay and is not very stable either the bicycle so don’t waist your money is not worth it .
Quando si vive fuori citta è molto pratico pero gli e-bikes vengono un po caro.
Achtung Betrüger! Wenn man eine Fahrt gemacht hat, ziehen sie alle paar Tage und Monate Geld ab. Man kann sich nicht mehr einloggen, um dies zu stoppen. Kein Kundenservice vorhanden, der einem helfen kann. Schande
We downloaded the app, rode 4-5km and had to go back because it was not in the right zone. I think the bike should make a noise or have some indication when you’re heading out of zone ESPECIALLY INSIDE A CITY so that you don’t waste your time and money. But they’re fun to use and cheap!
