Not user-friendly
Difficult to coordinate navigation with official parking areas on app map. Required purchase of second package because “top-off limit” exceeded. Frustrating and intimidating for first-time user.
Doesn't work
First ride I took in Barcelona. Pedaled for 10 minutes without a motor. Error in ending trip. Had to try 20 nicknames to submit this review!!
Worst bikes and app
The bikes are trouble and the app doesn’t let you to report a problem! Very bad service and old bikes
Bikes don’t work and can’t appeal payment
Unlocked a bike to find out the brakes don’t work. Used them for about 2 minutes. When you try to report the bike the submit button is grayed out even after adding a photo. When you try to appeal the payment you get an error (invalid end time). You have to guess that you need to enter the exact time the ride ended (why is this required?) The appeal request doesn’t seem to go anywhere
