Its a scam
It says that you have to pay €0,99 a 15 minutes but for a 1 hour ride I’d had to pay €15. So a very expensive ride. I still had to pay a parking fee even tho I parked right on the spot it was given in the app

Thought to see that te ride was 99 cent for 15 minutes but after cruising 1 hour in lissabon they charged me 15 euro for the ride.

Ontzettend waardeloos!
Wat een gedoe voordat er eindelijk we eindelijk 2 steps hadden…. Vervolgens parkeren we ze even en doet 1 van de 2 het niet meer omdat er een heel ander nummer in beeld staat als de step waarmee wij weg waren.
Dure grap, zo’n stads e-bike
Leek ons een leuk idee, lekker de stad door crossen op zo’n raar fietsje met mand. Dit zou de goedkoopste zijn voor €7,99 per dag. Na onze eerste rit van 5 km blijkt dat die me € 18,96 heeft gekost 😱 Daarvoor kan ik 2 keer een taxi nemen! Wat een oplichterij 😡

Vaak stuk
Fietsen werken vaker niet dan wel. Verder geeft de app aan dat het €2 per half uur kost, maar als ik 10 minuten gebruik maak van de fiets, rekent RideMovi alsnog €2. Klopt dus gewoon niet.
