Foi-me cobrado um valor de €10,00 por alegadamente ter estacionado em lugar indevido, o que não corresponde à verdade, início e término as viagens sempre nos mesmos lugares e inclusive relatei o facto, tirei fotografia e ainda assim cobraram o valor porque o aplicativo não conseguia atualizar o local de estacionamento. Queiram por favor verificar.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the app and service. First of all, when I parked the bike, the app said that everything was parked normally and did not display any message. The next day, when I went to check the balance of my bank account, I saw that 10 euros were withdrawn from me. When I went to the app, I found out that 10 euros were withdrawn from me for incorrect parking, which I did not find out in any way, except by looking at the bank account. Secondly, I cannot withdraw my payment from the settings in any way. There is not a single way to do this, except through the support service. But the support service cannot be written in any way, because there is not a single chat with the support service in the app, except for the bot. In this case, I am just disappointed from the quality of the app and service. In addition, I took the scooter several times, and it turned out to be absolutely damaged. It could not go, but at the same time they withdrew the amount for the fact that I made a trip. And I am extremely upset with the quality of this service, and I put one star until the support comes to me and helps to deal with this situation.
Scam !!!!!!
The scooters are great but this is the worst app ever. You can only check the battery of the scooter AFTER you start riding, and I uploaded a parking photo TWICE that apparently never was uploaded (what’s up with this app y’all?) and resulted in the company taking almost 40€ of my account due to “parking problems”. And don’t even get me started on the complaints area of the app, with a too small maximum of characters and NO RESPONSE whatsoever from anyone (even the AI helper is completely and utterly useless). This should not be allowed to be working.
2 times i have used the app and both times they have applied a 10€ penalty for not parking correctly and the money was taken directly from my bank account without notifying me. I made sure to park both times in the designated parking area where there were many identical scooters parked right next to it. Don’t use this app.
Não anda, faz barulho, uma desilusão
They will charge you 10€ for parking in the wrong location, even though you parked were they told you it’s supposed to. Then there is no available costumer service were you can talk to an actual person and clarify the situation. I have already lost 20€ for two rides of 5 minutes. Unacceptable…
this app won’t let me pay my ride but it takes my money if i upload cash to pay the ride
Unstable compere to others companies
I am using this app in Lisbon. Today I tried to end ride in the parking area but it took too much time. When you click to the end ride button it shows you the percentage of the process. After %95 it took two minutes to complete process. Then, when it shows %100 it gives an error. I lived the same situation 3 times. I closed the app and re-open after that I could park it. In this process they are continuing to charge you. They are doing it intentionally. After finishing my minutes I will delete the app. Don’t download it.
