4 passwords!
Made a booking, then set up the loyalty card, but none of the passwords work! Unacceptable, but will still go for the booking, but reluctant to book again with a disingenuous app.

Frustrating app
January 2023 and it seems problems previously reported have not been rectified. The app works ok when first installed but one day later just gives an error notice with please try later. The only way it works again is deleting the app and reinstalling time and time again.
A good app
Once you check-in and have a room number the app is very useful.
Stopped working after only using for 20 minutes
Shame as it was really good until I got a blank page that couldn’t be closed or navigated out of :(( & now won’t load or do anything!!
Terrible app
Installed and used once but then it does not work so you have to sign in again. Why have something if not does not work properly?
Useless app
Trying to check in to our hotel 4 days in advance.. app shuts itself down! Been trying for a couple of days and I’ve now given up and deleted the app!
It Works Well
Upon checking in was advised that needed the app to book the restaurants. The app rating was 1.9 so wasn’t expecting it to work. I was able to easily book all my restaurants and was very easy to use. Lots of good hotel information in the app too.

Riddled with bugs My booking > allocate booking to my account > Select the date No text box, date drop down box or clickable calendar appears when clicking the select date box so I can’t enter anything. It’s a mandatory field and won’t let me add my booking without it
Same as everyone, doesn’t work
Loaded ok and looks easy to use. Unable to add bookings as this freezes
