Room service star

Easy to use, lots of choice. It does exactly what it should. A job well done 👍🏽

First impressions - meh…

Already had an argument with the husband about his choice of hotel.. We could be ANYWHERE in the world, actually thought I was in Mexico (where we stayed at the last one..) My fault, I should have researched.. If you want to lie on your sun lounger and not see anything of Sicily then this is perfect for you. It’s in the middle of nowhere, no accessible walls to quaint little towns, it’s a concrete blob and I am so disappointed.

Needs a lot of work

Was advised to download this app on arrival at the Grand Palladium in Jamaica, was told everything is available via the app, times, bookings, hotel information, map etc. Opened straight away to view the map and was disappointed to find it was just a blurry satellite map from google. No points of interest were noted on there, you clicked on a part of the map, like a pool and it tells you what pool it is. An interactive map you can zoom in and out of with everything on you can click would work so much better given the size of the resort. Nothing like showers or toilets on the map. We then decided to try to book one of the Al La Carte restaurants one evening, every time I tried I kept getting an error saying “the number of pax cannot exceed the number of guests” I was booking for 2, the same number on my booking. Was told to reinstall the app and it would work, didn’t work. Gave up and had to go to customer relations every time we wanted to book, a minor inconvenience, but something which needs to be looked in to. Why have the option to reserve when it doesn’t work? Then I noticed the timings for the buffet restaurants on the app didn’t marry up to the actual times they opened. It was pretty much opposite days to what the app stated. The sports activities weren’t up to date, the archery was out of action and had been for some time, the app is the ideal place to note this so guests don’t walk all the way up to the sports centre to find out the activity they want to do, they can’t. It’s a shame as it could be a great app, but it seems it’s been created and just neglected and not updated.

It’s ok for getting to know things, but needs updating and is a bit clunky to use. It’s useable if you have patience

Outstanding food

exceptionally friendly staff, good service. Nothing not to like. My husband and I had an amazing meal.

Good customer service

Thank you for acknowledging our concern from the first evening and thank you for the nice gesture of champagne at Poseidon restaurant. The food at Poseidon is really nice and the staff are very accommodating, friendly and attentive. We are having a nice holiday and feel very restful. Thank you, Michael

This hotel definitely needs the rooms upgrading . They are very outdated and very small balconies.

Dreadful

Worst app ever - constantly crashes and shows the wrong hotel. Do not bother!!
