Roadtrippers Reviews

Doesn’t work for me

DougKnu on

United States

It doesn’t list my car, maybe because it’s electric. So not useful from driving from home. It doesn’t seem to work outside the US, not useful when overseas. So just not useful.

The UI is confusing and not great

Not loving it

AI doesn't work

Isn't scratcing my itch on

United States

I've been playing with this program and using different variations. Using the AI is plan a trip is non-productive. It keeps doing things I don't want and there are no ways that I can find to modify the trip or query.

Price too high for no navigation in Basic

Stw27532847563 on

United States

Have loved this app especially the easy flexible interface and apple navigation. However now too pricey. I would be willing to continue to pay for Basic even with only 3 trips if navigation were included. I’m not willing to pay the extra for that. I will be investigating other options. I am very disappointed with this pricing policy.

Migraine inducing

Basically54321 on

United States

I paid for the basic plan bc I just want to plan a simple trip like I have in the past. Now every little thing requires premium. You’ll waste time filling out all your info to get to the final step- oh wait- you must upgrade to see your trip. Ugh just say that at the beginning. Waste of $$ and time

DO NOT TRY FREE TRIAL- AWFUL SUPPORT TEAM

Ally97478 on

United States

I gave it a chance with the free trial. Wasn’t what I needed. Cancelled it in less than 24 hours. They still charged me for a FULL YEAR. And they will NOT do a refund, despite proof that I don’t have an account and I don’t have the app. DO NOT TRY THIS APP. I now have to waste my time disputing charges with my bank.

Wated my time

lebed2045 on

Asked lots of questions, didn’t show me any results, but asked for not just payment but a regular subscription. What for? I haven’t see anything from your app except wasting my time yet. Deleted.

First time user, sent me on a route that I could not travel.

JEDi1957 on

Just signed up for Roadtrippers for a route from Gettysburg to Southern Illinois. Entered my vehicle (5th wheel) height, weight, length, etc. and the route took me to a covered bridge with a clearance of only 10.5 feet. I entered 12 feet for my vehicle information. Had to pull out google maps to get around and find an alternate route. Even met some nice folks (local RVers)on the road just blocks from the bridge and they said that it happens all the time. Soooo disappointed. Thought that buying the premium would be a great idea. Also had difficulty finding the “start route”, “begin route”, information. JohnEDuffy.

Always Excited to Use The App

Whenever I have to use this app, it means that I’m going on a special journey. Roadtrippers is just an awesome tool to have along the journey, helping to make it the best experience possible. This is an awesome app, and if you like road trips and don’t have it yet, you should.

It WAS great

Boardsurfer73 on

United States

We’ve had this app for a number of years. Really enjoyed the functionality and ease of use when planning trips across the country. Now I find I can no longer access any of my trips unless I upgrade to the PREMIUM version. So frustrating Roadtrppers. Sticking it to your long-time customers. First- it was free. Then it was $35/yr (no problem, I realize you need to make money). Now, it has increased to $59 a year to access your trips. Time to cancel. It’s a shame, because it’s a great app. -Longtime RV camper.
