Description

ROM Coach is your #1 resource to eliminate pain and get back to and keep doing the active things you love, Designed by Kinesiologist Eric Wong (aka "Coach E") who has been helping people online since 2009 and gained the trust from people worldwide with over 626,000 subscribers on YouTube.
DECREASE PAIN, REHAB INJURIES
From head to toe including neck pain, shoulder impingement, rotator cuff tendonitis, rhomboid pain, poor posture, golfer's and tennis elbow, carpal tunnel, hip osteoarthritis, weak hip flexors, quad strains, torn hamstrings, patellar tracking disorder, achilles tendonitis, plantar fasciitis and more - you’ll find what you need help with in ROM Coach.
“I've been using this app for 3 months, & I've had a practically life-changing reduction in chronic joint pain. I've struggled pretty severely w/ this since my early teens so I tried not to get my hopes up. But to my surprise, this app has been so helpful that it honestly makes me a lil weepy. I can still comfortably perform the movements even on painful days, which is major. I've been recommending ROM to all my family members and friends (Btw the app is super generous with content. So kind!)”
COMPREHENSIVE, GUIDED PROGRAMS
Just tell us what hurts and how much and we'll guide you step-by-step through routines that get to the root causes of pain so you can finally achieve lasting relief.
“I have dealt with pain for years, PT, Chiropractors, stretching, massage etc. Nothing has helped my pain and functionality like this. Some exercises are a bit challenging but get easier with practice. i feel as if i am actually getting to the core problems and correcting. I was in the stretch it out til it hurts camp but not anymore. Found videos on YouTube but the app is so much more effective.”
15-20 MINUTE AT-HOME ROUTINES
ROM Coach routines are safe and efficient taking just 15-20 minutes to complete and can be done at home with minimal-to-no equipment, making them easy to fit into your busy life.
“Nice clean app, and very easy to use. Exceptional instruction, with body-safe exercises to improve strength, range of motion, balance/control, and prevent future pain and injury. As a physician who specializes in neuromusculoskeletal medicine, I couldn't recommend the content produced by Precision Movement more highly. “
STRETCHING ISN’T MOBILITY TRAINING
Most people think stretching is how to improve mobility, but they’re not the same. Typical static stretching only provides short-term gains and worse, can lead to increased injury risk. Instead we've got over 200 unique exercises that you won't find elsewhere to simultaneously improve your range of motion, strength and joint stability.
MAINTAIN WITH THE DAILY MOVEMENT TUNEUP
Use it or lose it! Our patented Daily Movement Tuneup gives you 3 new exercises every day that will work every muscle and take every joint through its full range of motion every 1-2 weeks. It's the movement health equivalent of brushing your teeth!
REGULAR CONTENT & APP UPDATES
We’re constantly adding exercises, routines and features to the app to make it easy for you to keep moving freely and without pain.

Great resource!

I am a massage therapist so these exercises have been great for me to open up and maintain ROM in my neck and shoulders. It’s also excellent to share ROM coach with my clients. They’ve found it really helpful as well. Thanks for creating such a useful app!

I ran across Coach E on YouTube and found his videos very informative and made a lot of sense to me. His approach includes the reason(s) why an area is sore or tight. With ROM Coach, I now have a daily and weekly program that I follow. I’m all in. Great coaching!

I want to learn to find, access my regularly used programs. Is there a tutorial or guide on this process?

One of the best apps in the App Store

I found Coach E on YouTube when I was searching for neck and shoulder pain relief. I really like the style of his videos and decided to download his app. I’ve been doing the daily tuneups for 4 days now and I’m loving them! I also started one of the posture routines and am already feeling relief in my neck and shoulders. I feel more relief from these exercises than I do from yoga class (and it takes a lot less time). Thank you Coach E!

Definite improvement

I came upon ROM coach when I was looking for some hip exercises on YouTube. I am so glad I subscribed. I’ve been doing the exercises probably since March and I just had a recent DEXA scan. My age is 68, pretty active taking care of the acre of land that my house sits on, trimming trees, cutting grass, taking care of flower gardens. Well, my DEXA scan has improved back to normal. I did have osteopenia. My chiropractor diagnosed me with IT band syndrome several years ago and my hips would ache especially after doing yardwork and pushing a lawnmower. I was taking a prescription medication every three days to help do my daily activities. I also have a little arthritis in my left knee which would kind of lock up and hurt once in a while, especially going downstairs in the morning. The knee pain is gone, the hip aching I had and tightness is much better. I did have an injury last year which ortho diagnosed as a pelvic ligament strain and I went through three months of physical therapy for that. I would wake up every morning with this low back tightness around my tailbone. It usually took an hour of walking around to go away. Now that discomfort is pretty much gone and I attribute it all to ROM coach and Dr. E and all the exercises that I’ve done. The best part of it is you get a daily quick three exercises which kind of warms you up you don’t have to do your other routine at that same time. I give myself the weekend off and I just do the ROM daily movement routine on the weekend and I don’t do any other exercises. Last winter I didn’t feel balanced or strong enough to downhill ski, but that has changed and I am going to ski again this coming winter season. Thank you Dr. E for getting me back on track.

Incredible Info

Wow! I just downloaded the app and I can’t believe the highly valuable information on this app. I can’t believe this has existed and I didn’t know about it. I don’t ever write reviews but I’m so excited to incorporate this. I did my first training and was easy to follow.
