Excellent app

I’m hoping to get some more movement in this old body. App doesn’t work well on iPad, but is great on iPhone. Hurt my wrist last year and it still isn’t able to hold my weight for push ups and similar exercises. But I will keep at it. Highly recommended. Back is already a lot better.

I’ve used the app since launch 3 years ago. It’s evolved over time to add more features such as custom routines. It’s key is the quality of the routines, integration with the PM YouTube channel and backup from the support team and community. I use the app daily and it’s helped remove pain from bad posture and sitting down all day for work. Each exercise has specific cues with audio, anotomical description and video. I doubt there is any app with this level of coverage of the human body from bespoke exercises. Any issues - don’t moan on here - contact the support team. Bugs take a while to fix but that’s how it goes. 🤷‍♂️

Incredible (free!) app, really useful resource for mobility and checking in on how your body is doing by testing your movement age! The only thing is that the videos in the recommended programme don’t have sound, which would make it more useful to follow along / to know your performing the exercises correctly. Secondly, I’m unable to scroll all the way to the bottom to do the last exercise. Are these bugs with the app? Tx

Wealth of resources and great explanations

I found this app after looking for rhomboid exercises for my own shoulder/neck pain and found the precision in movement videos on YouTube. I have to say I have never rated an app before but felt the need to do so as this app is just a wealth of knowledge and resources and the fact that there is such a generous amount of videos and great explanations just allows so many more people to access help to improve their range of movement and flexibility. Looking forward to the programs that are to come which will be money well spent I'm sure. I’m a GP and will be recommending to lots of my patients, even the free sections are going to be plenty for them. Many thanks to the team who made this app.

Scam despite being promised 12m free!

Meant to be free for 12 months with the shoulder package I paid for. But the app wants more money. Bit of a scam really…

Easy to follow and tons of exercises

After researching for a mobility app I found ROM and I’m so impressed and haven’t even bought the premium version (but after my experience so far am likely to!) It has so many movements all very well explained, easy to implement with a calendar and reminders and a quick description of the target area Thank you for creating this and making mobility easy to get right!

A JDFI set of programmes, super useful from a very smart coach

I have followed Coach E on Precision Movement and learned a lot. Now in this format it is easier to follow. Essential stuff. Annoyed i missed the lifetime offer deadline by 3 hours, so much for digital holidays!

With the expertise of Precision Movement behind it, 100k+ Youtube subscribers and a new approach to daily mobility training the app looks fresh and capable of great things. I’ve done two Precision Movement courses so this will be a very handy addition.
