OUR USERS SAY
“This app is a godsend. I used to use a planner to get through each day but a planner doesn’t notify you if you forget to check it. I highly recommend this for anyone on the spectrum or even if you just struggle with executive functioning skills.”
“I just wanted to take a minute to say how incredible I think this app is! As a visual learner, this has such an engaging structure that makes it reliable and causes me so much less stress when I’m trying to stay organized. I have already recommended this digital planner to multiple people/platforms!’’
“Tiimo makes me feel “in control” because I’m able to see my day visually, and I can build up a library of routines to make scheduling a breeze. I always know what is coming next which reduces anxiety and helps me focus on what I am currently doing. The power of Tiimo is that they know their audience and build specifically for them. This makes such a difference. They listen and respond promptly, I can tell that they care about the community they build their app for. I’m excited to see this app evolve even more in the future."

How much does Tiimo cost?
Tiimo has several in-app purchases/subscriptions, the average in-app price is 29.00 $.
I love this app but it can be slow and glitchy eg I’ll press save and it will take ages to save so I press again and then close the app then later I have two of the event appear. I’m going to keep using it because it’s great and just hope they fix the bugs down the line
No trial no buy
$20 to try it out for a month is just silly. Give a free trial for a few days so people can see if it works for them.
Amazing app, but it needs better calendar integration
This app was incredible, truely a masterpiece for so many users including myself— however my only issue with it has been its integrated with the Apple calendar. I use the calendar app for most events and then when it comes to routines I use tiimo, however the tiimo only routines aren’t able to automatically appear on my calendar which makes it difficult to schedule by having to check on the two applications which makes my personal workflow clunky. Aside from that it’s perfect ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
So buggy
The app has a good concept. BUT ITS SO BUGGY!
The times that i set certain tasks at bug out very often and go like an hour earlier. And I can’t reschedule it once it’s started?!
The app has many other glitches that need to be fixed.
So helpful!
I absolutely LOVE tiimo so much and I would totally recommend for anyone who struggles with having terrible executive function. Only thing I would maybe say is that it is kind of annoying to make activities, and it is a bit tricky to use at first. Also, I love the little a dopamine sound it makes when you finish an activity but it is so quiet! Please make it louder. But other than that it’s perfect!!!
Great all in one app
Minimizes my use of a paper to do list, electronic to do list, manually inputting to do into Gcal tasks/events, YouTube body doubling videos, pomodoro apps, Spotify playlists/background noise, a paper timetable to help me visualize time and see everything better But most importantly, it reduces the level of task-switching/ energy/overwhelm and frustration that went into just planning my day and trying to figure out what to do (and visualizing time), instead of that energy spent on actually doing my tasks. *only request - can the live activities/ pop up notifications include the specific task in a routine instead of just the Routine name in live activities, thereby requiring you to go to open the app if you’re forgetting/getting sidetracked in the morning
Unreliable
I thought I’d give it a go for tomorrow’s errands. I can’t see how it’s useful, because I have to work out how long it will take me to get to the station using maps. Also, I added a group fitness session from my calendar, but that isn’t showing on the widget despite refreshing etc. the whole idea is is to see all takes in sequence, right? Well, I gave it a go and it failed the reliability/ user-friendly test. I don’t have time to keep checking up on my tasks to make sure they’re showing up as I’m expecting.
Slick, well-priced, but not really helpful.
This review is based on a short, few-days free trial.
First I have to say that I love the notes widget. I almost paid for the app just for that. If it didn’t ‘vanish’ the objectives achieved one checked off, I probably would have.
For the rest…. The UI is slick. Everything works smoothly and well. Unfortunately, it’s not really helpful. Here are the main reasons why:
1: It doesn’t make noise at you to do the thing you’d planned to do. (My phone does spend most time on DND to help prevent distractions - but all push notifications for this app were enabled. It made no difference. Also even when I saw a notification, it just assumes you’re doing it so it doesn’t bother you once it starts the timer.).
2: If you missed the thing you’d planned to do (aka not ticked it off at the end of the scheduled time) it doesn’t agitate at you to do it later that day in a free space.
3: While it does offer ‘pause’ or ‘reschedule’, it doesn’t offer any kind of ‘not today’ or ‘chose not to do’ option. It might sound silly, but when I don’t go to scheduled work because of a public holiday or illness, I want the app to track it differently to something I just failed to motivate myself to do.
4: Want to create something similar but different? (For eg birthdays or second or third job schedules.) There’s no ‘duplicate’ option. Every single one must be created manually, even if you want the same reminders and checklists, just on different dates.
5: AI-generated steps is a neat trick, but I often found it didn’t seem to understand what I was trying to achieve and I got caught in a bit of a loop for a while there trying to figure out what sort of task title would be ‘recognised’ enough for the AI checklist to work properly. Never actually figured that out. It’s cool, but not quite there yet.
Very cool app, love how professional it feels, love LOVE the embedded notes app, but not really helpful for ADHD.
Visual timer not working
I like this app but the visual timer is the reason I got the app and it hasn’t worked the whole time. Very disappointing and I hope it’s fixed
Trying my hand in a digital planner
Becoming fixated on this app. Which is good coz I need to
