** We’ve been trying out this new app internally here at Care/of, and it’s been especially helpful these past couple of months. So, we’re releasing this unofficial, early version (for free) with the hope that it’s helpful for all of you, too.**


Routines by Care/of helps you create morning and evening routines, log how they make you feel, and evaluate how those habits are helping you reach your health goals over time.

What you can do
* Create personalized health and wellness routines
* Set reminders for daily habits
* Practice self-reflection
* Learn from weekly insights about what habits are effective
* Track your progress over time

How it works
Whether you’re looking to improve your sleep, energy, or stress, it can be hard to know what habits are working for you unless you have data to look back on. And since we’re all different, there’s no one-size-fits-all approach for anything. Routines by Care/of helps you create routines you can stick to, then gives you the tools and personalized data you need to measure the impact those habits have on how you feel over time — so you can find what works for you.

Why we’re releasing the app early
We weren’t planning on releasing the app now, but as the weeks unfolded, we realized the app has been a huge resource for our team internally. We’ve found that sticking to even the smallest routines can help make things feel normal, even with so much up in the air. We wanted to share it with you in case it helps you, too.

I have been using this app for a couple weeks it is the best. When I get up I feel so good. I think that if other people would get this app it would help them like it help me. This would be so for adults because they would feel better in the morning and it would help them get good sleep and get there life together.

I’m Aria and I just want to say that this app has really helped me. My life gets really chaotic and just having a simple app to make sure I’m doing what needs to be done is amazing it helps me feel de-stressed and AMAZING 🤩 I looked at so many other apps that helped with routines and this one was the best (plus it’s free) and I love that it’s free cause people can get help with there life for free and not at the cost so thank you soooo much 😘

This really keeps your life in line and it helps a lot with your brain and it helps you keep all yourself situated and it’s really calm I love it so much and I love that you can pick all your activities and make one and it has quiz so cool it is the beat.

I have ADHD and it I don’t have a very detailed list in the mornings. I get so lost and don’t manage to accomplish my morning routine. This helps a lot!

Great, except…

This app is amazing! It lets you set a time for it to remind you to do something, and it’s not like Scheduled where if you wake up a few minutes late, your entire schedule is thrown off. It has a TON of amazing suggestions for things you can do, like walk the dog, or to clean your desk/workspace. The only thing I find slightly annoying is that the buzz of the app isn’t very loud. It might be able to be changed, though, so I’m keeping it to five stars. For those of you who don’t know how to make the buzz louder, if you have the app called Clock, you can go to the section that says Alarm. That way, you can make an alarm at the same time as when you need to get up for your routine! It’s also nice that it has two different times you can set for your routine. There is Morning and Evening, and I find that very useful. For those of you that are having bad thoughts about this app, I’m sorry you do not find this app as nice as I find it. I highly recommend Routines for anyone who needs a schedule!

Amazing!! Best organization app ever!

I was looking for an organizational app to help me get done everything and I downloaded 6 apps before I found this one. It’s absolutely free and has a great a to-do list, schedule, and it keeps track of my improvement. Think of all of the things that you could do in a day. If you want to start doing those thing but struggle with it, download this app. It’s really kept my life more organized. I now have time to get done homework, cleaning, reading, exercise, meditation, and more without feeling crunched on time.

Don’t write many reviews but this one I must. Finally an app that is minimalistic and not distracting but covers everything a routine should have. It’s totally free as far as I can see, something that’s greatly appreciated for someone who’s struggling with focus and such. They should not be needing to pay for something that otherwise might help them, as it would be discouraging and even a turn-off. You can even add as many of your own “activities” without a subscription or payment!! Great app and keep it like it is. Thanks
