How does it work?
Start by creating your workout routines in S2. Your first workout for any given routine will act as a baseline for the next workout, encouraging you to do more work by moving more mass. The technical term for this is called progressive overload, and it's the core principle behind any successful strength training.
Between workouts (or during an ongoing workout) you can review your past performance by easily accessing your workout history.
S2 integrates with HealthKit to register your workouts.

There is hope
These app looks stunning. It really is easy to use during workout since the display is clear and buttons are big.
I love the display that shows you the muscles you've exercised.
But there is a bunch of things to improve. So many that I might not be able to recommend this for any serious weight lifting.
For example
- No supersets
- The timer is useless. It counts upwards when I need a customable timer to remind me when the brake is over. It also stops working when you leave the current exercise.
- Workout history is locked. It doesn't let you edit workouts you've done.
- This is major flaw! It doesn't count bodyweight exercises as progress.
Good but coud be better.
Does a good job at tracking my workouts and has a great design. Although in some places it falls a bit short, for example would be nice to see how many sets you have left and an apple watch app would be even better.
