How does it work?
Start by creating your workout routines in S2. Your first workout for any given routine will act as a baseline for the next workout, encouraging you to do more work by moving more mass. The technical term for this is called progressive overload, and it's the core principle behind any successful strength training.
Between workouts (or during an ongoing workout) you can review your past performance by easily accessing your workout history.
S2 integrates with HealthKit to register your workouts.

Broken
Can not login with Facebook - comes up with a sign in fail error. Tried to sign up with email and same thing happened. Can’t sign in so can’t use app - please fix ASAP. This is my favourite fitness app and it’s driving me nuts I can’t use it atm.
Lots of hype
Completely unusable. UI needs tons of work.
Lots of potential - clunky UX
It’s got an interesting aesthetic, nice looking graphs. But seriously, scrolling to each number?? Takes me ages to scroll down each time to 100+ kg and more. Why can’t I just punch in the numbers? Lacks automatic progression and other functionality to make this app truly useful. It would be good if I could log in workouts that I may not have done “live” that day and set custom timers etc. as it stands now, it’s a clumsy experience that falls short of its rather nice looking UI.
Back to a 4 star app
Like the way the new app looks and works. Timer is good. Calendar and workout history is easier to read. Colour can be difficult to see. Seems to muddle up the sets sometimes when you look back at past workouts. Over all a great app.
