Start by creating your workout routines in S2. Your first workout for any given routine will act as a baseline for the next workout, encouraging you to do more work by moving more mass. The technical term for this is called progressive overload, and it's the core principle behind any successful strength training.
Between workouts (or during an ongoing workout) you can review your past performance by easily accessing your workout history.
S2 integrates with HealthKit to register your workouts.

Excellent

Just what i need, but can’t upgrade to PRO, the button is broken.

Great potential

Really beautiful interface but lacking features common in many other similar apps out there nowadays. Supersets, drop sets, calendar planning ... The possibility to add some notes to the exercises would also be more than welcome. Add those and apple-watch support and it’ll become my favourite app right away.

Great app

AdriMunoz on

The app is great, has a really nice and clean interface. My only gripe is when doing recording bodyweight exercises, there is no option to record only reps done if you don't have any added weight. If you leave it at 0kg it shows as if you have not worked out. I'd also like an option to record your current weight within the app rather than depending on apple health. Otherwise the app is amazing and has the best design i've seen yet

This is a great app but needs an Apple Watch app.

Simple and beautiful

This is probably the best fitness app I have tried so far. Even just the free plan is enough to do all you need. Very happy with it.

So much potential

But it feels wasted. The subscription so high, but honestly not worth it. The amount of bugs is not reasonable. You can’t clone workouts. It’s the little things. On top of which, the app not being updated in eight months is concerning. The second this app becomes updated it will be worth the subscription cost.

Good but missing some things

Dane455 on

I like this app so far because I want to be able to simply plan and record my workouts with nothing too fancy. I just wish there was an option to write in your own exercises, unless I’m missing it? The available exercise list is pretty extensive but there are some mat pilates moves that aren’t listed that I would like to be able document just to help myself keep track of my own routines

Love the new upgrade

Love the new look and added exercises. The UI is intuitive and I’m able to quickly track my workouts. Thanks for the updates!

New version is not good

New UI is awkward. Very buggy as well. Don’t upgrade if you havent yet

Older version better and less expensive
