How does it work?
Start by creating your workout routines in S2. Your first workout for any given routine will act as a baseline for the next workout, encouraging you to do more work by moving more mass. The technical term for this is called progressive overload, and it's the core principle behind any successful strength training.
Between workouts (or during an ongoing workout) you can review your past performance by easily accessing your workout history.
S2 integrates with HealthKit to register your workouts.

I heard about this app from a mate and have been using it across all my sessions, whether that be at the gym or lifting sheep at the farm (although still waiting for sheep lifts to be added to the activities list).
The visual feedback once you add a few workouts is beautiful - like a young Hugh Jackman’s face.

For some reason, it prompts me to buy the pro version but I cannot do it. Please dev make sure that I can pay for pro or just unlock all features. Seems good otherwise, but too early to tell.
Love it but feels a bit incomplete and has some serious bugs.
Have been looking for a gym app (with an app for watchOS) with a polished ui that isn't bloated with features. This app could be it but I can't get my watch to sync completed workouts. It also often crashes on launch. When stabilized i would gladly pay for it.
Best app for the gym. By far!
I lift 4 times per week and this is the best app to keep track and gain insights on what to work on more (can't skip leg day anymore..)
