I can’t create cases on it
The app need more and more testing I can’t select contact while creating a case (lookup field ) Also the bar which contain service activity not appearing in full view Even of i make the display in landscape mode

App not working
App is not working at all. I reinstalled it more than 4 times and still the same//updates ios to 12.4 and still not opening n when u tap it, it crashes! Thanks to assist

Worst CRM ever and app doesn’t work
I thought with how large they are their CRM would at least work properly…. NOPE! The app is buggy, doesn’t work properly. Doesn’t sync with web, and built on what looks like 1990s app with a newer skin. Absolutely garbage! STAY AWAY FROM SALESFORCE!!! Largest legal scam I’ve ever seen!!! Make you sign a year contract, and then the thing doesn’t even work! And they don’t help or refund partially or anything. Now I’m stuck paying for two CRMs because this one is unusable!!!!
