Problems with leaving attachment
After opening attachment, the back button loads but screen returns back to the attachment. I have to re-search the I&R or CaseFile I am at to return to the page I want. Hope this bug can be fixed!

Salesforce dashboard update
It seems after the recent update to app, the Salesforce dashboard display seems to have problem displaying when iPhone detect other app pending update or when it is updating. Once update is done just close and re open Salesforce app and dashboard have no problem running. Please kind check and verified. Thanks
Not optimised for mobile app use
Loading takes a long time, difficult to look for specific details especially when you’re out in the field you need the details fast.. it’s not very user friendly on a mobile app
Easy / convenient app
One of the best app I have used so far ! High recommend companies to use Salesforce 💙
Customer Signature on Service Call
The features doesn’t even work. Please do an update for this and will be so much convenient. I have to use other browser just for signature. The App was great but just need the signature part to be working .
Awful UX
SF phone app is not compatible with PDF files and MP4 video. Error message. And the UX is terrible, when you click to open a file and download, you need to scroll up because the file doesn’t appear on the window. Would be happy to talk to the developers and show them how bad is the interface
Horrible app
Doesn’t allow web login. But the mobile app doesn’t have the full functionality!!!!! Took me forever to log in . Firstly if web portal not in use why you are still making it live and asking for iD and PW? 2ndly, asking for domain http, but still have to 2nd authentication. Taking ten min and doing nothing ! Worst CRM app
New app is a step backward
The older app was at least an app. After the update, it has become a glorified web page inside a frame. Things that were not optimal but at least worked previously, are just plain unusable with number of clicks etc. The favourite button doesn’t bring up the list of starred queues anymore ... how did you release this POS
Can’t Open
I can’t open my SalesForce app and it always pops out. Please help me with this.
