SLOW
The app is super slow on mobile version. And the annoying thing being that it disables users from using mobile web version. Besides that, some functions existing on desktop versions are nowhere to be found on app version, such as create quote/upload attachment.

Quite poor with no real functions other than to view
I want to be able to log on and approve my subordinates leads so it can go to the next level. That’s impossible to do on the mobile app - or at least I can’t see how to do it, and I have two degrees so not a complete fool. Poorly designed and not very useful app. Just stick with the web version
Comments for 2019 Leads
Hi Leadclub, The Leads came from Porta Plan are mostly negative to accept further contacts or meetings. The leads with aged over 55yrs old are limited to choose insurance products too. But got lots of leads out from these 2 categories which resulted in poor return! Lisa Woo Phoenix Agency
Cannot even file a call report on the app properly
The interface for new call report doesn't even function properly. Some fields are too wide and get cut off. Some fixed selection fields' selection don't show up and hence it's next to impossible to submit a call report. Kinda hopeless.
