Mobile app version sucks
Mobile app version is difficult to navigate, parts of screens are cut off and I can’t scroll them to see the data I want. UI is awful.

Since last update no records load, loading bar just gets stuck before the end
I have use 3 CRM and by far salesforce is the best one.
Great, I only subtract a fraction of a star because I can’t assign myself work orders or schedule visits with the mobile app.
Some functionalities are removed from the web version and you cannot utilise the tickets the same as you do on the web. Also they need to implement notifications for new tickets, that would be a game changer for me.
Excellent system I use it everyday. Really helps to organize may calls.
How is it that scrolling through every review is one or two stars yet it shows five stars as the average rating? This app is terrible just like Salesforce itself.
The app is a great too to ensure usage among the sales reps, but half of my collegues wouldn’t even know how to sign in.
Solid app, allows me to do my quote approvals on the go, most other things I do from desktop as I work from home and am in office all day
The best Sales App for CRM. I love it.
