The Samsung Family Hub app now works only on Family Hub refrigerators with TIZEN Software Version 4.0 and earlier.
For Samsung Family Hub refrigerators that operate on TIZEN 6.0 Software version and later, the Family Hub app will no longer be supported. Please download and use the SmartThings app instead.
- Features like uploading pictures and videos can be accessed via the Family Hub device card
- Food-related features like View Inside, Recipe Recommendation, Meal Planner, Shopping List and Food List can be accessed via the SmartThings Cooking Service
The Software version can be found on your Family Hub in Settings > About Family Hub> Software version > TIZEN 6.0.
The following permissions are required for the app to work. For optional permissions, the default functionality of the service is turned on, but not allowed.

- Contacts: Registered Samsung Account information will be used to provide services that require account linking
[Optional Access Permission]
- Microphone: Needed to record voice for Memo and Whiteboard
- Storage: Required to provide cloud-connected features for sharing photos and videos

App ok, but useless notifications
Features of the app is OK, although I miss more detailed settings options on some of the functionality, such as what should happen when I cross off an item on the shopping list.
The notification, however «Item updated» is totally useless. Sometimes it comes without nothing having been changes, and, worst of all, it never gives a clue about what is uodated.
Like saying: «Some item on your fridge got updated. You figure out which one...»

Fungerer men ikke bra!
Kunne vært gjort masse forbedringer, handlelisten som vi bruker mest kunne vært slik at det man krysser ut blir borte fra listen, ikke bare grået ut.
Selve kjøleskapet funker jo, men
Appen kommer jeg jo ikke innpå engang
Elendig app til dyrt kjøleskap
Kjøp et annet kjøleskap, og en god iPad. Billigere og mye bedre. Appen virker nesten aldri likevel. Det er omtrent like god kommunikasjon mellom en iPad og et Bosch kjøleskap som mellom mitt Samsung kjøleskap og denne appen. Ubrukelig. Har hatt kjøleskapet i ett år og har sluttet å bruke funksjonene. Hvor blir det av feilrettinger?

Krasjer støtt og stadig på mine IOS enheter. Har måttet slette og legge den inn på nytt flere ganger.
Appen vil svært ofte ikke boote opp.
