Easy to use and follow
I love this - helps me so much.
Sanvello is honestly just amazing - it’s free and completely helpful and functional without the premium. I’ve set it to do a daily checkup on me at 5:00pm and I feel that it helps me. The app includes some amazing guided meditation with customisable background noise and helps you with your journaling. The theme and design is very calming and the app is very simple to use. I don’t have any diagnosed mental illness and don’t think I do; even if you’re just an anxious or stressed person like me, Sanvello is amazing. I used to scoff at meditation but found that this app really helped me using it.
Don’t like update.
I don’t like the new update. It seems to foreign and uncomfortable. :(
