Good but won’t renew this year.
I have used this app nearly every day for 6 years (crazy I know). The improvement with the chat is amazing and much more personal and attentive. I highly recommend it to those who can’t see a therapist or to those who just like keeping track of their mood and journaling their day. However, overall the last few updates have frustrated me and been in effective for my personal use. Especially when I pay so much to use it each year. Due to this I won’t renew but I do recommend this app to everyone I know and i recommend you try it out if you’re reading this.
New update is frustrating
I don’t usually log out of this app after each session because it just takes so long to log back in. However the new update always logs me out automatically every single time I use it. It’s very frustrating. Otherwise love the app, have been using it for 3 years now. Just wish it wouldn’t make me log in everytime I use it.

This app is so easy to use but is also so effective, it’s driven by the user so you can quickly pop in and do an evaluation or you can go in depth and use tools to help. It’s recorded so you can see your patterns and track progress. I highly recommend this app for everyone!

Best app I’ve used in a while
I struggle with OCD and anxiety, and even when I’m feeling at my lowest this app works wonders for me. I feel like I’m talking to an actual person and the suggestions I get given make a huge difference in my mindset of things. Everything’s backed up by scientific research too, so I know it’s all legit.
