Get rid of the adverts

I just want to see my bank balance and make transfers. I don’t want to see products.

Poor GUI, inappropriate positioning of advertising

1) GUI is non-intuitive, in fact, counter-intuitive 2) Inappropriate placement / space wasting, of advertisements within transaction listing 3) Incorrect synchronisation of transaction and effective transaction dates

New interface is not an improvement

Having to navigate in the app now is so much harder. Consistently being directed here and there. A quick summary or card balance view is no longer as efficient as it used to be.

Overcomplicated and busy app.

I’m not sure how the new UI ever passed the “user experience test” Overly complicated, trying to cramp too much information into a page. Less is sometimes more. I’m moving my funds to Citi and DBS because the mobile UI just makes more sense!

No FaceTime

How can you release a new version of the app that doesn’t work with FaceTime on iPhone X when the previous version worked fine!

crap app

tells u to upgrade version, compatible to ios9.0 and higher but doesn't work. just stuck with their over done splash screen

Credit card bills paid in less than 30 seconds!

I've paid my credit card bills and transfer money using this app while overseas. it's just so easy and convenient to use.

really easy to use and not written in jargon. Breeze is a good descriptor.
